Teen Exam Coaching: Learn Well. Grow in Confidence. Flourish
Helping young people become more confident, capable and independent learners.
School can be demanding. GCSEs and A levels bring increasing workloads, revision pressure, difficult decisions and expectations about the future. Some young people struggle to get started. Others work hard but aren't sure how to study effectively. Some need help managing pressure, building confidence or taking greater ownership of their learning.
I work with teenagers to develop the practical skills, personal qualities and confidence they need to navigate these years well.
With 16 years of experience teaching exam groups and experience coaching young people through exam season, I combine an understanding of school life with a personal, encouraging and practical coaching approach.
What we can work on
Learning skills: discover how to learn, remember and study more effectively.
Study habits: build routines, manage time and overcome procrastination.
Revision and exams: create a personalised revision plan and prepare for GCSEs, A levels and other assessments.
Exam confidence: manage pressure, build self-belief and approach exams with a clearer plan.
Motivation and resilience: develop discipline, respond to setbacks and recognise progress.
Independence: take ownership of learning, responsibilities and decisions.
Future direction: explore strengths, options, ambitions and the next steps beyond school.
A journey tailored to your teenager
We begin by understanding the young person's current situation, their strengths and the challenges they face. Together, we identify priorities, develop practical strategies and put them into action between sessions.
The aim is not simply to get through the next set of exams. It is to help young people develop skills and confidence they can carry into sixth form, university, work and adult life.
A supportive space to think clearly, grow in confidence and take the next step forward.
